I love Edison. This jazz venue is super classy with a really fun open crowd. Everyone is amazingly friendly. Drinks are delicious. Not to mention, the decor is vintage and sexified! My favorite waitress is the one dressed up as a green fairy selling absinthe. I don't think the security is uptight at all. Alot of people complain that there is a strict dress code but i think as long as you don't look like a tool, you will get in. Some of my friends were in sneakers and got in fine. All in all, if your looking for delectable drinks, a beautiful crowd, and a great ambience, this is the place you should be.

Ive been here a few times, and apparently Tuesday evening at 7pm isnt ever the time to go here for dinner. They acted over the phone as if it was the last reservation they had....we show up and walk in.....and walk back.....and its eerily silent.....no one in sight.....we call out "hellloooooo???" and the two people who came out looked surprised to see us! So strange!!! So we walked out, got a cab, and went to Lime instead!!!!!!

I remember the first time that I came here was during the Folsom St. Fair one year... I've loved it ever since. I've never had a bad night at the Cat Club. The bouncers are chill and stay out of your business, yet you still know that they would be around if there was trouble. Absolutely no attitudes. The bartenders actually have personalities and are polite and friendly. It's a super cheap place (recession busters all the time!) and they have an awesome little lounge area.... On top of everything else, they managed to attract good patrons who are there just to have fun and aren't trying to start any trouble. I've never had unwanted attention at this venue. Just good times all around!
