I came here with a friend to see a show. Apparently Tuesday nights are like boogie nights, but I came on a Wednesday. The 3 bands that we saw were all pretty good, and the crowd was very chill and relaxed which was exactly what I wanted/needed during a crazy-ass week. There is one bar to the left and one bar to the right as you enter, and you will never have to wait forever for a drink. Oh, and the drinks are cheap and good! The guy who owns the Star Bar is a really sweet guy, and this is a neighborhood bar with lots of regulars. This is the perfect place to go if you just want to chill, have a few drinks, see a few great bands, and have a great time with different people!

Sure, it is a big aquarium, but most of it is just negative space. I'd recommend waiting until they are completely done with building the place until visiting. I admit it is a great place for kids( they have a place to touch certain animal including: star fish, sting rays, and some baby sharks.) Most of the time it is extremely crowed (unless you get up early) so make sure to buy advanced tickets. The main think that T'd me off was the people, I mean how hard is it to turn off your flash ( Yea, it only kills the fish faster) and most of them camped out in front of the tanks and blocked everyone's view. Good for families, good for fish lovers, and an all-over okay-ish place to visit. I believe the one in South Carolina was better when I visited there 3 years ago.

I'm drunk as a skunk everytime I'm here but I've always had a great time. Music is generally of the Top-40 variety but I distinctly remember some Earth Wind & Fire thrown in there for good measure. Not somewhere I'd go without a boost but a good time if you're ready to rally.
