by Jenny S. on This place is horrible!!! Don't ever plan a birhday party or, any event at that!! They have worst customer service EVER! The owner/ manager was so rude and disrespectful!! We paid alot of money to get a table reserved for my birthday and had over 50 guest attending, and the security was sweating them about there clothing!! They said that guys shirt was too big, and that their pants were sagging... They were willing to fix their appearance to there standards and they still refused to allow them in... I mean really!!! Who does that? I pleaded with the owner politely to please allow them in since we are paying a lot of money to be here,and it's my birthday!!! He refused, and told me he's "doesn't care to hear me anymore" and that there's nothing else I can say to change his mind, cause he's a dick!!! What ever happend to customer service!! Because of that we took our business else where! I refused to have anymore of my guest to spend another dollar there... FU*k that place, they don't deserve your business!!! It's really small and congested there, the downstairs 'dance floor" is pitch black, and it smells like a sweaty locker room, its' nasty, and the music sucks!!! DO NOT GO TO THE BUBBLE LOUNGE SF!!! Weak!!

by Kelly J. on You should go here looking for cheap fast food served in the olden times way, a good smoothie, or waitresses who are paid to be outspoken... and don't expect anything else. It is going to be greasy, it is going to be loud, it is going to be crowded, and it is going to be good. This is not some trendy place where you wear nice clothes and talk quietly. It is a place for rambunctious college students, to become a kid again, and eat tasty, fatty food.
