The dance party was great, the scorpion bowls was intense and the music is always a good time. I'd totally would go back to boogie it up and have some lettuce wraps! the green tea buckwheat noodles was yummy too.

by B K. on LAX is a Hollywood club. Let me define hollywood club. Expensive drinks, difficult to get into, requires money and/or vixens by your side. If this doesn't sound like your cup of tea, there are so many other choices. Partly-owned by DJ AM, LAX is the reincarnation of Las Palmas Club (as in - on Las Palmas). LAX also feels like a hipster club. From the jellyfish tank behind the bar, to the concrete walls, small bathrooms. There are loungey chairs, two outdoor smoking areas, and a small dance floor. Very easy to people watch. BoJesse runs Saturday. Sunday has just been revitalized by the Dimmak crew. Thurs/Fri tends are not so bad to go out and check LAX. Sometimes, DJ AM jumps on the decks to spin. One my trips there, I had bumped into Hillary and Avril doing the hoochie coochie grinding dance. Of course, that is not going to happen now that Benji upgraded (or is it downgraded) to Nicole Richie.
