Delux is one of these places that I can go to and guarantee that whatever I order on the menu will be fantastic! They don't have a large menu, but everything, including the service, is great. Most recently I ordered the hot dog. Its 1/4 pound of tastiness. I ordered with onion, the spicy beaver mustard (I had no idea what it was, I mainly ordered it because the name made me giggle) and jalepenos. It was so good!! So, so good! With the exception of the fish sandwich (which is also nothing less than incredible) everything on the menu under $10. You do have to order the fries ala carte (with the exception of the hot dog which comes with a half order of fries). If you order the fries, a half size order is perfect or get a full sized mixed cart of fries to share with the table.

Man, I sort of want to give this place a good review, but I've also got this whole pride thing going on, and it's difficult for me to admit how much fun I had here. I came on a Saturday night with friends, and a few sips of scorpion bowl after arriving, I was having a good time. From interactions with sketchy, prototypical Boston douchebags who decided our group *needed* to know they were going to consume two scorpion bowls each, and, on account of the plastic donkey in my group's bowl, decided to declare they would be "getting drunk and getting ass" (perhaps a more subtle pun than I would have expected in a place like this), to reasonable interactions with people our own age who were just looking for a good time, to a dude who claimed his beret was like "cayenne pepper on pad thai", I couldn't quite hate anyone. The bartenders were also super nice and got the job done well. I suppose this is just a matter of taste, but we really didn't enjoy the upstairs DJ much, too many slow beats (though it did seem to improve later in the night - or maybe it was just the scorpion bowls?). We did *love* the music in the lounge though (it was a bit more alternative and drum-and-bassy) and ended up forming a circle and dancing down there instead for most of the night. The bouncer was a bit of a tool. One of my friends is from Montana, and they gave her a really hard time for her *real* Montana ID, even though she knew even the most obscure information he asked her from it. 3.5, because obviously this isn't a super classy establishment, and I haven't even tried the food or any drinks but the scorpion bowls, but you can make a fun night of it if you go in with the right attitude (that attitude being: I will probably interact with some crazy folks, and I'm not gonna mind).
