If you park at the Arclight structure, it's $10 flat, but if you stay until closing, everyone from the club as well as the clubs in the vicinity are trying to get out of that parking structure so be prepared to sit in your idling car for a long time. If you park on metered Sunset in front of the Arclight, it's free and you would have gotten out so much faster than the structure suckers. The venue looked really huge when it was empty because we were the first people inside. There was the lobby/entrance space, the main dance floor, a lounge to the side, the bar area in the back, and the bathroom in the corner. The men's bathroom even had an attendant whereas the women's did not. But as it got crowded, I realized there was still only one dance floor and when it filled up, it was really tiny. At any club, it's always amusing to people-watch. But at straight clubs in particular, they are almost always sausage-fests and it's both amusing and sad to see guys get cock-blocked.
by Sydney Frett on I was out with some friends celebrating a 21st birthday and we managed to walk our already-drunk asses into this place. I grew up listening to punk rock and I was pleasantly surprised to enter to a live punk cover band, who was playing the Descendents. The band wasn't terrible but I think they were more intoxicated than we were because they totally fucked up a song right in the middle of it! We ordered some PBRs from the bar and chilled at a booth for a while. I can tell this would be a place that one would either love or hate. Most of the bars/clubs in this area are more ritzy/formal but if you're looking for a casual place to chill (there's a dance area too) you'll be pleasantly surprised. Just don't waltz in here expecting it to be Opera.

Sorry for eating all of yours JT F.) i loved the set up... i loved that guitar guy... i loved the waiter guys... super HOT! Not sure I would ever go back and pay full price. . . but maybe I would just for the experience. I love being Elite!
