by Krista T. on I'm sure this place is great, but not for me anymore...maybe in my younger days. I felt like I was at an E party. The reason for the 3 stars: The staff was great! We were lost and couldn't find the place, they stayed on the phone with us the whole time until we found the place. Once we arrived they let us in for for free. The coat check guys were super great and the bartenders were fast & polite as well. Thanks guys!
by Neal Revier on Definitely a must-experience at least once! After being featured in Sex & The City a few years ago, I had to check it out! The place is fabulous and definitely has that "wow-feeling." Great space, and good food. I've eaten there several times and thought it was a 3 out of 5 stars, until I went in January of 2008 and had the miso-glazed Chilean Sea Bass, which was AMAZING!!!... It was perfectly paired with a fabulous white wine that I've totally forgotten by now, but the experience was unforgettable for me and my palate. If you go, you must have the miso-glazed Chilean Sea Bass!! It's totally worth the price! As far as the bar and lounge area are concerned, they're over crowded, and NOT good for a date. Great for after-work, and networking/meeting new people. It's a straight crowd mostly, so Gays you better stick to Vlada, the Ritz, or Therapy if you're looking for a queer old time! ;-)
by Lynne G. on Went there last Saturday for Lauren B.'s bday. The company was great, big turn out for the BIG 26. Bruno's is big.... 2 levels, multiple bars. Great music as well. Drinks we a bit over priced, and mixed drinks not that good. I love mojitos..... this is def NOT the place to get them. I even tried 2 different ones... my bad. Apparently 420 friendly as well. 3 guys lit up and chilled right in the open. Beat the $5 cover if you get there before 10pm.
