by Scott J. on I don't get it. This place is terrible. Perhaps it was good at one point in history, but it's disgusting now. And that's coming from a guy that once ate a burger at shack underneath an Interstate bridge in Houston.
by Randolph Furtak on This is the grimiest bar I have ever been to in my life. I couldn't even order a $2 beer it was so nasty. I think I saw a supertranny. Never heard of it? Well me neither, but she looked like a woman who became a man and turned back into a woman just because she had a buy one surgery get one surgery free coupon in Thailand. This place got into the FHM Top 100 Bars in America list. Its in my top 100 grimiest bars in the TL list for sure! It's probably like Vegas... if you're on crack. But then again, I'll give the place another shot and a star since I went here on a Thursday at 3pm.
by Talib K. on Don't you hate when you walk into a place of business and no one greets you. No hello, no what can I get you to drink, no welcome to .......... What makes it worse is when that same business has staff that is busy guffawin' it up with other customers and they treat you like the plague or like they really don't want your business. Well, unfortunately that was my experience at top flr. I really want to like this place, but bartenders with attitude do not make it easy. Hopefully that was a freak occurrence, but as an African American male this happens all too often. You would be surprised how often a brother in suit at a bar full of white folks in jeans and t-shirts gets ignored.........or maybe not. Great lookin' spot in a neighborhood location; perhaps when you go you will get a greeting and a smiling face. I just think that shouldn't be optional.
