A continuation of our Austin Burger Quest.....started by last year's Texas Monthly Texas Monthly's Texas Top 50 Burgers and fueled by the 104.9 Burger Bracket...and our love of burgers.... Burger Category: Gourmet Wethinks: The Chophouse Burger is just a damn good burger. Not the best bun in town. I prefer a little softer and a little sweeter. But, the Cover 3 ciabata bun works. Not the quite the tastiest patty in town. It's really good. Others just happen to be a bit better. The veggies are top notch. If you have eaten at Cover 3, you know they use top notch ingredients. Which, of course, makes for a solid burger. And, when you add their bacon and cheese, the only downside to this burger is the price. That said, Cover 3's Parmesan fries almost make you forget about that. And, with sports on TVs around this classy "Sports Bar," the th is worth it. No doubt, Cover 3 is a welcome addition to the Austin restaurant/bar/sports bar scene. Conclusion: As a sports fan and self-proclaimed foodie and burger enthusiast, Cover 3 is firmly in the rotation. Additional Notes: The Trio (Guac, Salsa and Queso) is excellent. So is the shrimp tower.

Im not gonna lie.. it was so cheesy, but so much fun to be in such a different atmosphere. It isn't the best fondu in atlanta. its hardly that. Go there for the atmosphere, your on a ship.. its fun.. Pricey though.. and I wouldn' tdo it twice.. unless you begged me and you were paying.
