Nice. Long line to get in. The space is ample. Grab a seat, the lights are kinda discoshy. Spinning. The bartenders are pretty down to earth if you can look past the drink prices. You can dance if you want to or leave your friends behind.

Oh Harlot. You are so beautiful indeed. I love the excruciating attention to detail and the uncompromising quality you've put into your appearance. Black brick walls, large oil paintings, antler chandeliers, leather and cow hide couches and chairs, tables with beautiful images on them. You've left no detail overlooked. I'm not going to lie. You're hands down the coolest looking bar in San Francisco. But your attitude, your elitism and your attempts at exclusivity are a joke. You make your mezzanine a VIP area, and won't let anyone without a wristband come up to check it out, even though there are only 5 people up there? You keep a line outside when you are at half capacity? And my personal favorite - you have to pay to reserve a seat else you're left standing? Loved those empty tables with reserved signs on them while the remaining parts (other than that VIP area) were packed. Nice work Harlot. So now you'll be left with those who think they're better than everyone else, and those willing to pay for it. Have you forgotten what an antielitist city San Francisco is? You were so close to being my favorite new bar in town, but instead I've got one bit of advice for you - get over yourself. Unfortunately, I already am. If anyone wants a Harlot VIP wristband, I've got a pile collecting dust at home.
