If you like drinking bud light out of a green aluminum bottle to make you look Irish you will LOVE this place. 1 star for showing past Bruins intro videos on the TV's before the game. The O Fortuna intro for '04 gets me every time

I've been here many nights and each night I've always had fun. Last time I went was for Giant on Saturday night with Christopher Lawrence and John "007" Fleming spinning. They have a large outdoor patio with heat lamps which is a great place to chill and hang out while you're taking a break from dancing. Valet parking is usually $10-15 right at the club. Lights and sound system are pretty good. Drinks tend to be a little pricey and tip is already calculated on. The dance floor is usually always packed. They have another side room where they play hip hop. I've also gone on Sundays for Deep and back when one of the nights was Asian night.

Trying to make up for a terrible thursday night, my best friend and I decide to meet up at Little Temple. I haven't been to the Root Down since the days of Gabah, so I really wasn't sure what to expect. We arrived around 10, paid the $7 cover, and walked into a deserted room. Figuring the night couldn't get any worse, I went straight to the bar. The mojitos, served in huge glasses, were really fucking delicious and worth the pricey $12 charge. The dj spun a sweet mix of soulful sounds laced with groovy beats, so we chilled out on the plush couches and played "would you do him/her" as people started rolling in. The next hour got progressively better as the club filled up with a nicely mixed crowd and our mojitos started kicking in. Three guys for every girl, odds would've been in my favor. Unfortunately, my bff is a dude, so once again I had to make do with what i call my "portable cock block." To transition the loungey feel to a bouncing party, the dj started changing it up with some ridiculously banging boogie tracks, from ODB and Ghostface, to Chali 2na and Common, to Chaka Demus and Sister Nancy. Hot sex on a platter. By midnight, the joint was live and sweltering with moving and grooving bodies, my belly was full of minty fire, and my previous woes were long forgotten.
