Margarita Jones was completely unsatisfying and inoffensive Mexican restaurant. I give it two stars for that. One would indicate it was in some way offensive. It wasn't. But the hostess was impersonal, but she did compliment my wife on her sweater. The waitress was completely humorless and free of charm but again, not inattentive, rude or unfriendly. The food, while vaguely Mexican, served hot and relatively quickly, was OK. I had the cheese enchiladas, which were taste-lite and salt-heavy. (Quick side note - I hate when uninspired/untrained/bad cooks substitute salt, a flavor ENHANCER, for actual flavor!) I did not have a Margarita, so I'll have to assume some of their apparent success comes from making a decent one. But given the proximity to much better choices, this will probably be my last trip. Try Mijares or even Dona Rosa for better food.
