I've been a bit let down with the clubbing scene the last few attempts... long lines, music that no one cares for, outrageous cover charges, strict dress code. But for whatever reason, all of those things I hate about clubbing is nonexistent here at Busby's. If I have to describe it in one word, I would say-CHILL. As mentioned, there is a little bit of everything for everyone. You have a game room with some arcade games, darts, ping pong, etc. You have a bar area if you just want a drink and a chance to make conversation. And then you have a dance floor if you want to get your sweat on. On Friday, the cover band that plays 80s music Fasttime intermittenly plays some tunes throughout the night (I swore some of them weren't even from the 80's). It would be nice if they performed all in one segment as my kind of music is the dancey, rhythmy, move everywhere kind of music. Even so, the selection of music was spot on though they played a little TOO much Lady Gaga that night. We got there before 1030 and paid no cover by being on the cover band's guestlist. Awesome! Things were already bumping by the time we got in there. The only downside was that it closes a bit earlier than other clubs (around 1:30am) so it ended rather on a sad note--cause it didn't seem like anyone was physically or mentally ready to leave. I was also disappointed because I wanted to try the dirty dogs sold out of a cart that night but they were nowhere to be found. I'll have to make another trip back here soon!

It's definitely not a place I would suggest to spend a night. Not a bad place though for a cocktail (mojito or daiquiri) and maybe a snack. Mango's seemed to me to be one of the better people watching spots on Ocean. The girls tend to slow more people down in front of the bar due to their A. outrageous outfits B. dancing and C. curvaceious bodies in general. I originally had Mango's down for 2 stars for the food/prices, but they get an extra bump for being one of the best people watching venues I've ever been to. Grab a drink and a seat outside.
