I would have given this place 5 stars, but they need some serious help with a better organized waitstaff. I arrived on a not-so-busy Tuesday night for their new "L-Night" to meet some friends for drinks but decided at the last minute to do dinner too. There seemed to be some confusion on where to sit us even though it wasn't very busy. Then we got seated at a 4-top for 2 people but it had a nice view of the place, I think one of the owners took us to our seats but she seemed a little overwhelmed with the lack of waitstaff and didn't care to introduce herself. Finally, a young gentleman waited on us and we ordered a Mexican Martini and a Bud Light. We also ordered some guacamole as an appetizer and I had to remind him to bring it out to us after our drinks arrived 10 minutes beforehand. Also, they charge you for chips and hot sauce!! I guess to keep up with the outrageous Downtown pricing. I went there once when it was on South Congress but only for drinks, not food, so not sure if that is something they normally do. I had the mixed fajitas which lacked in the spice department and the flour tortillas were a little crunchy on the end (like they had been sitting on a hot plate and got crispy.) However, the refried beans and rice were very good. My girlfriend had the chicken mole enchiladas which were excellent. I will give this place another shot this upcoming Friday night and will re-review it then.

I was pretty impressed that the eclectic menu worked - looking over the menu leaves one with a bit of vertigo. Nothing was particularly authentic, but it wasn't supposed to be either - it is fusion - and this place pulls it off pretty darn well. Not going to be coming here every week, but will certainly be coming back and introducing Prana to friends.

Went on Friday for the free salsa lesson and met up with someone for their happy hour (2:1 mojitos). There were roughly 6 people there for their happy hour, and we accounted for 2/3 of them.  2 mojitos = $11.  not quite the happy hour special I was expecting, guess we'll put the kibosh on getting tipsy here tonight at $11 a drink.  moving on. Food was phenomenal.  I had the salmon ($25), which was exquisitely tender and moist.  Not sure if I agree with their idea of "orange salsa"- seemed more like sliced canned mandarin oranges, but the salmon significantly offset this oversight.  The jalapeno burger ($18) was huge, and according to my colleague, it was yummy and served with guac and salsa.  Portions are generous. There is a minimum of 1 entree per person if you want to be seated ($18-26).  Their wine list was much larger than I expected too.  Required coat & bag check @ 3 bucks a pop too. The salsa lesson was decent.  the real show starts when the lesson ends and the die hard salseros come out.  definitely good people watching, and great salsa music (live bands every friday). Note to ladies: if you are not there to dance, it would behoove you to stay by the bar or be staunch in declining dances.  One girl I was with gave one of these "i dunno, hmmm" responses and she got picked up over the rail to go out dancing.  we all laughed, but I could see that pissing off a few ladies. Place was comfortably filled at 730 until we left at 12.  not jammed, but definitely a crowd.
