by Cynthia D. on What a cool place! It's the perfect summertime hang out joint. The Frying Pan is located on 26th and the water on a boat. You can feel the boat rocking a bit so if you can't handle that I don't recommend coming, especially since that and alcohol don't exactly mix. There's a bunch of seating areas on the top deck and the lower deck but note it gets crowded very quickly. Pitchers of beers run around $22 and sodas $2. I didn't order any food but the burgers looked huge and delicious and they serve calamari and other yummy foods.
by Sadye Ruehter on Nasty food. I think I got food poisoning here. Fish and chips tasted like they had been previously cooked and re-served. The amount of thick and greasy breading was all I could taste. My partner had a barbeque sandwich which was almost as bad. All grease -no flavour.
