by Nina M. on Last night, me & my friends were one of the first people in and the last to leave, practically getting the boot from a bouncer... I say that is a sign of a good night! Overlooking the fact that the entrance is located through a random alleyway, this small nightclub is pretty stylish. You enter and your olfactory receptors are immediately flooded with pleasant essence of rose petals. There is a nice coat check for 3$--i say "nice" because it is behind a counter & makes me feel reassured my coat will still be there at the end of the night. Came here on a free guest list but with just a $10 cover on a Saturday this proves a better choice than say 40$ at Ruby Skye... The dance floor is rather small, but proved to be more than enough for the amount of people that was here --it wasn't packed so everyone had room to breathe and dance without accidentally abusing their neighbors! The MUSIC (most important component for me) was good! I prefer dance/house music at clubs & the DJ mixed a great fun variety..from dance to top 40's to hip hop to Michael Jackson and other funky oldies...me and my friends literally danced 4 hrs straight with only brief interruptions for booze and shmooze I recommend this place for a random night out!
by Anjali M. on This is a great place to go for family style italian food. I am a big fan of family style and feeling quasi-italian by eating lots of food with the people I know around me (forgive me, I'm from NJ). The service here is very prompt and the food is tasty. Need a place for a birthday dinner or a relaxing bite to eat with a group? Come here! Ideas on portion size: -I went with four other people and we ordered a penne dish and a medium(?) pizza I believe. We had leftovers for about 1-2 people. -For a birthday dinner, we had ~14 people and we ordered a salad, 2 pasta dishes, and 2 pizzas and they were all gone by the end. Hope this helps!
