Temple is where we go if we are looking for a club w/ nice vibe, crowd mix, music, and drinks. Entry is easy and hassle-free :)  Bartenders mix nice drinks (the club's got 5 bars!) There's even a hot dog stand by the corner to the smoking patio for the hungry folks. Upstairs always house/trance type of music. Downstairs's main room spins old school hip hop/ sometimes top 40  + mashups with an adjacent white room of house mix. There's plenty of resting booths downstairs. We love Temple :) .. but no to the ghetto a$$ club across the street

For some reason we always head here whenever there's a triple threat birthday/going away party/you got into bschool.   It seems to be our crew's default choice venue.  Why may you ask? Well if you get there early enough you can find parking, head to District to congratulate yourself for planning ahead and to prepare yourself for standing in line to pay cover.  I feel that that's how we do when we head out to 330. Now once inside its one giant room with 2 bars, a stage and bathrooms that are very easy to find.  The giant room can be good for finding people (whoa Gina is here already?!) and bad when you want to avoid people (crap, no place to hide...).  Overall I've always had a fun time here and would recommend that you follow my strategy for coming to 330. If you think you can roll in later, be prepared to stay in line for a good 30-45 minutes and wonder how can this alley way club attract so many  people.  And that my friends is the magic of going out in SF.

I love SOB's live performance!  I particularly like it when they have Brazilian music!  People of all ages and many different backgrounds come here.  I love it when the crowd gets right in the groove of things and lose all inhibitions!!! Woohoo!!!  The food was good but not spectacular.  We had pitchers of the passion and mango mojitos which we loved!!  Make sure you have comfortable shoes since you'll be dancing the night away!  Would definitely come back!
