by Nunziata M. on GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Listen, I worked in all kinds of service oriented fields in my life. I know we all have a bad day and may not be at the top of our game when it comes to our customer, but HELLOOOOO 300 takes it to a new level. THE ENTIRE STAFF was a mess (other then the shoe guy, which is funny because I read somebody else's review that said the same thing..lol). If it wasn't for the fact that I was with a group of my friends that can have a good time ANYWHRE, it would have been a horrible night. 1-My guess is that they do not worry about repeat clients/customers and just hope they get tourist or something. 2-Waaaaaaay over priced and does not have the customer service skills needed to justify it. I mean I get location, but really you gotta have a better excuse then that because..... A-it's not the easiest place to get to. B-if you drive parking is almost the same cost as bowling. 3-it was at least a 2 1/2 hour wait for a lane. 4-they take the term "watered down" to new heights w/ their drinks. 5-food was so-so. 6-STAFF WAS OBNOXIOUS, RUDE AND ILL TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. All in all.....I will not be returning to 300 and I suggest if you're looking for a place to bowl you check out another location n the city instead.
by Mitchell Belzung on 2 stars for you! One for the bar (they serve Blue Moon). One for the nice waitress when had the first time we came here. ZERO for everything else! The next time we came we had family in town and the four of us came here. We walked in and we have never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome. We stood there for a while just waiting, then the lady comes out and says "Do you have a reservation" and looked at us like we were ridiculous for not having one. I can understand if they were booked up, but they could've been more friendly. She then walked away for about 5 minutes and another waitres comes and tries to seat us, then they say "NO" that's reserved! (probably for like 2 hours later) We went back to the front, but instead of waiting and feeling more akward......we walked straight out the door! Then the lady yells out the door "we were getting a table put together for you!" Ummm....no thank you! We wouldn't want you to go out of your way! They just lost over $150....their loss. GO TO SHEEBA LOUNG INSTEAD!!
by i. o. on I like the concept, I like the decor, the basement space rocks and the musical events are creative and interesting. Sadly however, the bar service was uninterested at best. After a long wait (yo, I'm a patient chap, in no hurry & I empathize with a bartender's FridayNight workload), my mojito was 5 minutes into preparation when the bartender lethargically ambled over to announce that there was no more mint. *sigh* 11:30pm on a FridayNight, outta mint in a littlearsebar maybe 1/3 full ... hmmm. otherwise, we're cool. 4 stars!
