Given I was having the trip with my family - 2 adults and 2 kids, I am giving it 1 star due to the following reasons: 1. room is dirty - the worst I have ever stayed. I saw cigarette on the floor and my son was crawling on the floor. yak! 2. bathroom is small - the smallest I have ever stayed. no counter area, and small bath tub. My home's bath tub is bigger!!!!! 3. no wheelchair access from valet park - you need to carry your wheelchair/strollers and walk down the stairs! 4. bad room service - my TV was not working and there's no tooth brush. I needed to call the get those. 5. There is only 1 chair in the room - for a 2-queen-bed room!!!!! By the way, internet access is 10 dollars per day per pc. Valet parking is 30 dollars per day. Which is no big deal if you need it. If you are 20-30 and single, this might be a fun place to stay. Easy to access hollywood blvd, pool side bar with chicks, and crowded downstair night club. If you are 30+ or married with kids, this is not the place you should go! Believe it or not.

Sooooo I'm flying into Atlanta for business but I have an ulterior motive...Its my birthday weekend. So call up all the old college buddies and lets get. When I was here full time last year The Underground had just started opening itself up to the late night crowd so there wasn't that many people that actually went. Close to 12 months later it is now THE SPOT. Now I can't tell you about most of the night(partly because I can't remember) but if you pay the extra to get a table and get VIP it is definitely worth it. There were so many people there that if I couldn't sit down in a secluded area and put myself on "time out", I would have passed the F out. Bartenders are very generous and if you treat em right they will bend over backwards(literally). I'm sure my inebriated state put rose colored glasses on but there were alot of good looking people here too. The best thing to happen to the Underground is that they let clubs open up in its open hallway side and they card to even get in there. Which leads to the amazing fact that YOU CAN TAKE YOUR DRINK OUT OF THE CLUB. The only place that I ever saw that was that open was in New Orleans(And I had a blast there too) All in all a very enjoyable night and will definitely hit it up when I come into town now.

Cielo is my favorite mid-size club in New York, period. The sound is fantastic, the space is awesome and back when I was a smoker, I really liked the garden/smoking area. I still like to go out there to rest my ears or chill out for a minute. I've always been impressed with their bookings, they try to cover the best of all EDM genres and do a really good job at that. Couple all this with some nice-looking people, professional staff and great vibe and you've got yourself success year after year. My only beef is that they let it get a little too crowded around 1 am, which gives you the urge to flee, but stick around, because the crowd thins out by 2 am.
