by Sarah W. on This was my first visit to this Gloria's location, but I've been to their location in Dallas. We were there for Saturday morning brunch and enjoyed our meal. The server(s) were fast and kept our drinks, chips, and salsa full. We love the black bean dip in addition to the fresh salsa. My guest and I each ordered from the brunch menu and really liked the food. We also had the chocolate flan for dessert, and that was incredible - very dense and rich. The decor is modern and while we were eating semi-indoors, they opened the glass walls to the patio and suddenly we were eating al fresco. A great way to start our Saturday.
by Amalia Timas on Apparently if you eat at Prana you don't have to wait to get it, because you're already in. But you do get the bonus of being shifted around while the staff readies the place to become Temple. Our party just happened to be there for some snowboarding after party event. don't know if that made the club extra packed or if it normally that ridiculous. As stated in my prior review of the restaurant there are real artworks and not replicas used to decorate the place with tiny paper signs that say "respect Buddha" yeah, because people are completely considerate when inebriated. I'm a pretty big Asian art fan and it kind of pained me to see people stepping all over the giant Buddha downstairs and spillin drinks on him. How does that work out for Karma? Party-fouling on a statue of Buddha. In any case the main room music was pretty good. There was enough room to dance and like I said the decor is really nice. There seemed to be a private mezzanine area and if I had the money and means to do so I would shut this place down in a heartbeat for my own parties (full of Buddha respecting people of course). My only wish is that they used replicas instead of the real thing for decor. But that's just me.
by Hiromi N. on The times that I have been to the Starlight Room, I have had great experiences. The dance space is large and the view from the surrounding windows are amazing. The drinks are overpriced, as is customary in downtown bars and clubs, but I found that it is a great place to go on a Wednesday night get together with the girls to shake a tail feather without being harassed.
