Good drinks! Good people! Definitely recommend, went on a Monday night and was entertained by some characters. The decor is beautiful! Love the chandeliers with feathers. Kinda Harlot-esque but without the cover and stuffy-ness.

Giving my Webster Hall admission tickets to friends who are still in their early 20s while moving out of the E village is a milestone for me to grow up. I have outgrown Webster Hall but it is always a landmark for being young, I mean, outrageously young -- hanging out with a crowd, holding cheap beers in plastic cups, listening to some loud painful music, and dancing crazy till early morning. In our early years, we have all been to Webster Hall physically, or mentally. I had spent great time here. The most unforgettable one was a Halloween party. I was dumbfounded. I was overwhelmed. The entire Webster Hall was like a huge labyrinth you would never found an exit. I remembered there was a giant dancing robot in the main room. It's more than two floors high, making threatening gestures like a beast of prey. I still couldn't understand how come it was there. Maybe the whole thing as well as the crazy people in the hall, including me at that night, were not from reality. We will always have Webster Hall.

A beautiful venue, a nice menu, great staff. I have only seen 3 shows here but that's probably because I have a preference for the Fillmore. I am coming around to really liking GAMH though. The one thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is the sound system. Heavy on bass and low frequencies, it tends to distort or hide the vocals and higher frequencies. There is a MARKED difference in sound from the balcony to the floor- but not a bad seat in the house. Looking forward to future shows!
