by Elisha Sigurdson on le cercle was opened by the same guy who had successfully launched other k-town joints such as the palm tree and the about karaoke. the name "le cercle" must have been copied from the popular mega club called circle in chungdam-dong in seoul. i liked the ambience with high dome ceiling (finally an air to breathe in korean club) and plenty of private rooms on the second floor. dance floor was tiny but it didn't bother us since we spent most of our time inside our private room.
by today y. on rateclub event at Supperclub was 5 star, but as for the venue itself... ...the style, the service, the food... was all just overhyped and shallow. Nothing was bad, and maybe i'd go back and probably enjoy it, but not by specific planning. Pricey for what you get. The crowd you go with is what makes it work i think, but then why not go elsewhere? Fun to check out once, but wouldn't go to great lengths for it. I did like the wine a lot.
