by Daniel B. on Pure Taqueria is located in Inman Park across the street from Sotto Sotto and Fritti. This is just an average "trendy" Mexican restaurant to me. The inside is very nicely decorated. Cool bar, tables, chairs, windows, signage, etc. The chairs are just like the chairs used in elementary school. As for the food, it's just okay. They offer a variety of tacos, burritos, and other Mexican fare. I decided to go with the Torta Cubano (Cuban sandwich). Above average portion sizes. Good service. Complimentary valet parking. Street parking is also available if you can manage to find a spot. Indoor and outdoor patio seating is available. We came on a Friday night and the restaurant was pretty busy, but we were seated immediately (party of six) without a reservation. It gets really loud in here with the music and all the talking, so it can get kind of hard to hear some of the people sitting at your table.
by Dorothy M. on Security & the door man need to freaking chill out! The music was really up my alley. Wish we had more like that in SF. Awesome murals on the walls! Fun...
by Dallas Charbonneau on So me and one of my girl friends were going to go to Atlantic Station to check out a movie around 10:30, but she got caught up in that 75/85 traffic and didn't make it in time, so we figured well......we're already in Atlantic Station, might as well see what else there is to do around here on a Friday night. So we walked around a bit, and heard the hip hop music coming from a far, so we realized it was coming from STRIP and though "hmmmm can't be too bad" let's check it out. So we get in there, and it's a bit dead at the point we're in there, so we order some drinks and stand around and then we found out they had a patio area on the roof so we went and checked that out. I mean it was a fun night, just because we ran into some cool guys that we were having conversation with. All in all though, there was nothing overly exciting about the place. I mean I can't speak from the restaurant side of it, but as far as a spot to hang out at night, it gets the job done. I will say this though, I did like the fact that they had a cute little rooftop patio and the smaller balcony overlooking Atlantic Station, it makes for some good people-watching.....HAHA!! :)
