by Gabrielle H. on On a weekend celebrating a friends birthday we were taken to this place. First off the price was $17 to get in after 10pm. Which was a bit too much. Then when we got inside it looked like a rundown theater. There are two bathrooms, one is just one room, which is not wise with females. Girls like going together. :) From previous nights going out to clubs in Hollywood and the OC and never had to pay to get in. I have been able to get the guys in at half price or even free. So the price was not worth the location, since it was dirty looking and the basement got extremely hot. In addition the prospects were all short I am about 6 feet in my 4inch heels so it was a bit funny seeing everyone so low. Not going to attend this place again.
by Marguerite Gharing on like one of the other reviewers, i've only been to arena once and it was during the most recent fashion week for the jordi scott fashion show. i'm solely giving arena four stars based on the fact that the venue was actually quite hip and nicely decorated and would have been spacious had there not been a runway and chairs set up. gin drinks were free for the show, the bathroom was clean, and the crowd was cool. i would probably go back just to check it out on a regular night.
by Percy W. on I went here in 2004 during an overnight trip. I had the second best meal in my life here. Beautiful, warm decor. Excellent waitstaff. Amazing food. I haven't had a chance to return to Philly in the last few years but I'm planning on going in the fall - I hope to make it back to Tangerine.
