This place sucks!!! People at the door to the management are idiots!! They wouldn't let my husband in cuz his black jeans were too baggy-any tighter they would've been nuthuggers!! WTF?? Yet, they let guys w/denim colored jeans and baggy as hell enter!! We belonged to a party who had bottle service, they still wouldn't let us in! The whole party ended up blowin' the joint! Bubble lounge bites!!!

$15 dollars for a cover charge on a Thursday night? Are you serious? Not cool. If it wasn't for the bouncer who let me and my friend in, I wouldn't stepped foot in the venue. He was cool. Place was not that packed at 11:30pm, but what can you expect on a work night? I'm not really into house music, but that's all they played last night. Somehow I was able to tolerate it. Very diverse crowd, thumbs up. Dance floor was small, and nothing about the decor was special. I'd definitely come back again, only if I'm not paying cover.

I "celebrated" my birthday here back in Feb of 08.... The party they were hosting that night offered free admission to everyone before midnight, that 12:00am right? Well, I brought a group of 19 friends to the venue by 11:15pm.. We drove from Suffolk during a rainstorm. When we'd got there, no one was on line so we lined up along the velvet. I spoke to a girl with the guestlist(s) who made all of my friends line up on the other side of the door - the "guestlist" line. (Does it make a difference if there's no one on either line?) Well, it turns out that when you reserve a guestlist, only your FIRST 10 friends are allowed in for free, girl or guy. They dont discriminate, that's nice. They brought friends, 11-19, in and were charging a $20 cover. But wait... it's f.r.e.e. before midnight because the party they were hosting offered free admission AND it's my BIRTHDAY!!? (the actual day, no less). As if that were not enough, I was being roughed up for trying to follow the guestlist girl who told me to come with her. I asked for a manager, they asked me to pay a cover. I was reserved a 2'x2' sized table for my 19 friends and provided a 1L bottle of champagne for me to pour into 8 glasses. Needless to say, a few people sacrificed their share because Element did not have any more glasses and I didnt have any more champagne. I'm not some B&T brat expecting king-like service, but the way my party and I were handled deems nothing less than damnation for Element. Cherry on my sundae: My car was ticketed across the street from the venue, so avoid parking your car along the walkway island. They ticket vehicles AFTER midnight-6am because traffic congestion is a serious issue in LES during the middle of the night.
