5 stars for the giant frying pan that welcomes you onto the boat but 3 stars because of the lack of cleanliness and price. You find all types of people here. Only came here for a bite - oysters and mussels were filling for 4. The crab cake with avocado was delicious. I could have ordered another, but it's pricey. The food is overpriced but when you're on a boat and enjoying the sunsets ahead, you just don't care until later. I didn't get to try the alcoholic clear drink with fruits galore but there's always next time. If you don't get the seafood, you can't go wrong with the garlic fries ;)

Just got back home from Cafe Circa and let me tell you....I had a WONDERFUL time! I wish we had a place like this in Castleberry Hill. It definitely gave me a Chicago feeling, which I always love to feel like I am in Chicago...it's my favorite city! Anyways, a bunch of us went to a Neighborhood Planning Meeting - District M over on Boulevard and Erica recommended for us to try out this place after the meeting. The place was beautiful...dark woods, white curtains, dimmed lights and a spectacular bar. The bathrooms were cute too and since there were only two, I was happy to see they had relaxing chairs to sit on and wait until one became available. One thing I noticed as well was how diverse the crowd was...always a bonus in my book! Well, Erica saw a friend from the neighborhood and we decided to join him by the leather couches to eat, drink and mingle. The food was amazing and had a lot of flavor! I ordered the Thai Chicken with Coconut Peanut Sauce, David got the Mojo Pork Salad, Lindy got the rib-eye and Erica got the Vegetable Pot Stickers and a side salad. We ordered the chocolate cake with ice cream and the creme brulee cheesecake for dessert. Everything was amazing! There was definitely a lot of variety on the menu, but I thought it was a good thing because it had something for everyone. The service...superb! Shout outs to our waitress Melissa for doing an excellent job! Also to Brittany, which happened to be her first day on the job and had quite an unusual day with her car catching on fire! I would have never known with her cheerful smile and personality! Plus while we were there, we got a chance to hang out with Kwanza Hall (Atlanta City Council) and Kevin Rathbun (Rathbun's and Krog Bar)! I was like sweet...the future Iron Chef just walked through the door! Ha...always good to see local Atlanta celebs in neighborhoods like this! I definitely recommend everyone to check this place out. Like I said to everyone at our table...the place has got to be good when you have a chef like Kevin Rathbun hanging out at your place!!!

I saw Wolf Parade here about 2 years ago and it was a rather decent venue to see a band at. The sound was decent, you could grab a good view of the stage no matter where you went, and the place was generally pretty nice. Downside: the drinks were horrifically expensive. As for you know, the whole dance club thing........ it's a good place I guess, if you like shitty music, expensive drinks, extremely creepy men, AND-- Listen up!! this is the most important one!!-- getting groped and harassed by said creepy men. Constantly. I'd come back here for a concert, but anything else, no thanks--never again.
