Went during fleet week, which was crazy, but even with a group of 10 we were lucky to find a table on one of the boats near the front- much less hectic than the back. The burgers were actually really good, as was the skirt steak. It was all pretty expensive though. Do they take credit cards? I thought it was cash only. You have to find your own table and get your own food, but you can stay as long as you'd like and it's nearby a lot of fun things to do.

First off, bravo for serving for meat on a stick. Bravo. Sure, the concept of a scorpion bowl is cool, but considering the small amount of alcohol for $15, I could get more buzzed off a big gulp slurpee from Qwik-E-Mart. If you and your crew can get drunk off one of these (note: I have drunk one by myself), you need to step up your game. That being said, the bartender is cool shit and very courteous. Plus the $6 Jack on the rocks are generously poured, which is a rarity here in puritanical Boston. Still, $6 Jager shots (or $6 any shots, for that matter) are overpriced. All in all, I really enjoy this place. The staff does seem to appreciate your business, which you don't see often.

I'm just reviewing the Sky Rink and the batting cage. Haven't been to the Fitness Club yet. +1 for a nice indoor batting cage. -1 Way too pricey for the FS session. I did save a little by paying for packs of 10, but I feel funny about doing that given that I only visit NYC once a year and I only skate at CP when I have a lesson there. (Thankfully the FS book of 10 NEVER expires!!!) :-) +1 for wonderfully smooth ice +1 for my wonderful coach in NYC! He's the main reason I come back to the Sky Rink year after year. Very technical, detailed, yet not physics "over my head" type. LOVE the guy!!!
