by Henry H. on I can't comment about how much this costs because we went there for a company party, but it was a blast. The lanes have a cool feature that lets you bowl against each other and their drinks are pretty well mixed (even though at first the bartender turned a gin&tonic and a rum&coke into a gin&coke and a rum&tonic). For the party, there was an open bar for the time we were there so I don't know what I would've spent, but they seemed to be pretty cheap. I did notice that the people who were there seemed a little touristy so you might not like that, but what can you do? It's bowling.
by Zack H. on Diagnosis: Yellow Fever *Crowded *Ok dancefloor *Interesting Asian Decor I went here on a club night and it was the typical MPD bullshit. There was a long line of bawdy looking people waiting to be granted entry from man in a black suit. Luckily we had some connections so we were able to bypass this crap. Otherwise, I would have turned around immediately. The inside was overcrowded and loud. The dance floor was decent, but the vibe sort of made me feel like I was in high school. They had these chicks doing suspension dancing, but it didn't really seem to go with the rest of the club. This place loves Asians. Everything is Asian themed, they have lots of Asian people in the club, and it's called Hiro.
by Reyes Birdsong on So we were there on SAT for DJ Donovan's party, so the crowd was pretty consistent with all his party, lots of hot looking people & the crowd is 70-30, yup, 70% chic... but the place doesn't change a whole lot.... Arrrr.... Remember when it was before... Really not much changed... Yeah i heard you, so they did tried to change the ceiling... put a few little table with the red velvet booths & a red velvet ropes & that's the table that I reserved for $300! Common, they can do better than that! In short, still dark-wood paneling, bare brick walls & blown glass light fixtures.. still feel like a pool hall... Wait, it is! They still have some pool tables in the back room! So is the fuss all about the grand-reopening of this place again!!! Arrrr...... The ladies room, the darn door, didn't even close! Stuck at the toilet seat.. what??? Fire the contractor OK... Re-model please!!!! If you want me to come back, you better fix that darn door... I'm not going have a bottle service & go to the bathroom so that everyone can see me doing my business! ill... ill... ill.. My GF & I ended up going to the boys room instead! Unless Amy Winehouse returns to perform here... I will show up & hold my bladder!
