by Rickey Heckman on I've been to Sloane a handful of times, and for the most part a good time is always had. During my most recent trip after the remodel/expansion, the venue never looked better. Sloane's a long and narrow venue, but cozy chic with the exposed bricks, slabs of concrete, dark/medium colored woods, and black furniture. Bartenders are friendly, and serve up the drinks quickly and on the stiff side (I like!!). DJs that spin there are awesome...from what I remember mainly spinning hip hop and top 40s. Nice that in the remodel the DJ is now on the ground floor and there's room to dance around the DJ station. Sloane's A-OK in my book. I'll likely go again, and suggest it when my friends are looking for a chill, lively bar lounge with no cover and with an option for dancing.
by Darrell Conchas on Seems like people typically only come here for parties. We came here for my friend's b-day party. It was a blast. They're very accommodating to large parties. We probably had 20+ people when we where there. My friend had picked one of the prefixed menus. I can't remember all the dishes that came out. But everyone of them were soooo good. The beef was super tender and tasty. The place is a little pricey... but it does include a show a one of kind show. They also have a bar / dance floor downstairs. Great if you bring a bunch of friends to come party with you. But it is a little dead down there unless someone is hosting a party. I'm not sure if I'd back very often, but it's definitely a place you should check out at least once.
by Jane B. on Too many way too young guys and girls, I mean nowhere near the legal age young! If you have good taste, DON"T Come Here! People just stand around looking for something special to happen and nothing ever does. A lot of the women and girls look treacherous. Fun is not present here!
