Came here to have a quick bite and toss some balls. Got a plate of nachos, some wings, and a burger. Everything tasted ok until BOOM my friend spotted a baby cockroach in the nachos. The manager was nice and took it off the bill, as well as apologized a few times. But still, pretty NASTY. Also, we couldn't bowl despite it being 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. Apparently, some league was using up every alley. Come on, this ain't Quaker Country, it's NYC -- save some alleys for the people! Finally, my friend tried to pay for our dirty food with a credit card, only to be embarrassingly told that it was declined. We all felt embarrassed and awkward, only to be told fifteen minutes later that it was a problem with their credit card machine. Bowl on!

The best in Austin. Not exactly "authentic", but amazing on every front: quesadillas, enchiladas, stuffed jalapenos, etc. My girlfriend swears by the stuffed avocado, I enjoy the suiza enchiladas and refried black beans.

My first ever fusion of Thai/Indian and I'm in love. I had the spicy peanut soup to start that was really fantastic then split their chocolate-ginger truffle torte with my SO who was really impressed by them both. The ice cream that came with the tort was out of this world amazing as I've never had cinnamon and chocolate paired before. I mean they must put crack in it or something because that's all I've been craving the rest of today. What's sweet about the restaurant is that it's tucked away on Howard, past second so it's out of the touristy nasty part of the city. As you walk it, it's really small and personal for lunch - different from dinner since they have a much bigger ultra modern room separate for it - and the service was great. =] Will definately be going back.
