One of the girls in our group had a table booked but we got separated from her. Instead of being rude, the door staff let us right in even though we didn't have any proof. The decor is amazing and its nice to go back and forth between the lower level and the upper level The acrobats swinging from the ceiling add a bit of fun and the seating is comfortable when your feet are killing you from dancing. The music is good, loud, and has a good beat. Drinks were reasonably priced although, as I wasn't feeling too well this night, all I got was water. Even with this, the bar staff didn't sneer at me as some bar staff does when all I order is water. They even put a slice of lime in the glass for me. Well done!

Wow! I had been told by friends how great Dbar is. Knowing how popular Dbar is, I arrived at opening time. The food and service was excellent! I had the seared scallops, which were the best I'd had in at least 50 years of eating them! I strongly recommend this restaurant. It is worth picking a time when the parking lot isn't full. I'll be back often!

I came here to help my soul find good minimal techno. I came to the right place. The venue fills up very quickly after 10PM. There is plenty of parking up and down the streets (no need to worry about shelling coins on a good night). The lighting and visuals are quality and the sound system is huge, brings back the good old days of raves at Hegenberger, Oakland. Funny note: so much bass going on that night that it knocked the men's bathroom trashcan out of its slot! SLAM! Lots of happy, dancing people. The only minus was maybe too many scenesters whoring up my dance space, but I suppose that comes with a good event. Needless to say, my soul was satisfied. [See my pics in the picture section]
