Third Floor is a great venue to hang out at if you're in the Ktown neighborhood. It stands apart from the other bars and lounges in Ktown, though, because it also thrives as a restaurant. Before the happy hour crowd rushes in (which is typically anytime after 8:30pm), Third Floor serves to be a cozy spot for dinner. It maintains a nice ambiance and is one of the trendiest on its block. Their kimchi cheese bokeum bap is excellent, albeit the price.

This place is awesome. This restaurant has a club feel to it. And by that I mean there is a live DJ pumping out lives mixes of progressive house and trance hits and the music is indeed very loud. If you don't like loud music then you will not like it here. You will need a reservation to be sure. The energy of this place is amazing. It has a great feel to it. Again, the music is very loud, which is why the mood is so great. The progressive house music sets everything on fire and gets you pumped up. This place oozes coolness. The waiting area is in a bar area and is a great place to socialize. Within the two story restaurant there is a giant Buddha statue that spans both floors and is an impressive site to see. The food is an Asian fusion and is wonderful. There are so many wonderful things to choose from on the menu it can be tough. I recommend you eat family style so you can sample more of the delicious menu. Awesome atmosphere, great food, expensive, and expect to wait.

A classic San Franciscan music venue this large space houses everything from LA Rappers (Busdriver) to Whole Foods Holiday Parties. A must for anyone who loves to see live music, the drinks were strong and affordable, the location is interesting (heart of the tenderloin next to the O Farrel Brother's Theater) and the sound system is great. One star off for having to dance around the tables that were set up near the front of the stage. Get those tables off the dance floor for seriously funky events.
