Great ambiance, beautiful nightclub. My favorite part of this venue is that there is both indoor and outdoor seating, in addition to a huge dance floor with dancers. You can both come here for a low-key night by the outdoor fire pit, or come for a night of high-powered dancing. The outdoor seating area and bar is seen when you first enter into this great space. This is truly what I like to see in LA nightclubs. Drinks are rather pricey here, but what do you expect for a high end club. $7 for a Corona. REALLY? No bueno. They do have specialty drinks each night that you can buy for $5, but they did not seem appetizing. I heard they give free tacos and strawberries but the Thursday night that I came here, they had neither. I was rather disappointed. However, the night I came also, no cover was charged so that is probably why. All in all, this place is extravagant and wonderful. Go, go, go!

It's all about what YOU want. This place is MY style, let me break down and you can see if it is for you. Up sides (for me) -AMAZING music!! Hip Hop, Hyphy, Reggae, old school, R&B. -NO techno! No house! Very little top 40! -Great DJs!!! and 2 of them!!!!!! -Great people!! -Down to earth. -No fights, everyone comes to dance with smiles! -Very Diverse!! -NOT HOLLYWOOD. -No lines, -very little dress code -7$ to get in Downsides: Well it's kinda small and a little hot... and gotta park on the street unless u wanna pay 7 bucks but I don't mind walking. If you are looking for house, techno, $40 cover, lines and people who just go to the club to look good... Then go to Hollywood... I'll stick with little temple.

I've been mulling over what to say for a couple of days now, and I still haven't come to a resolution, so I'm going to go with what's been rolling around in my head. Granted, it was 4th of July and that makes people a little kookier than normal, but I found some of the patrons here to be rather insane. And as I consider normal to be boring, that's saying a lot. Perhaps I'm getting old, but I found this place to be excessively loud. I realize that it's a dance club, but it was a little too much. Note to self: stand as far away from the speakers as possible. I should also suspend judgement until I've heard other acts there. While I enjoy a wide range of music, I'm not as obsessed with it as some. Or maybe it's because I'm not impressed by much anymore. Cynicism is a bitch. 2 stars for a REALLY nice male bartender, and 1 star for the decor. It is pretty rad inside.
