by Fernando H. on The ambiance in this place is nothing short of spectacular. There is a definite 1920's speakeasy feel going on in here. Some people go all out and come here dressed to the 9's in 20's attire. Being that they actually let me in the way I was dressed I was surprised, I looked like a trainwreck and I felt so underdressed :/ But this place is definitely a cool place to come and hang out. As a gay man I must say that the Burlesque shows were pretty entertaining, although my amazing vantage point was greatly wasted on me LOL I would definitely say to get here before 9 PM the line on the way out at 11 PM was beginning to snake around the beginning.
by Dareen S. on It gets one star for the huge metal frying pan at the entrance, where a number of * frying in that human-size pan* pictures were taken. I highly recommend that location for a photo-shoot session! The second star is for the swampy dance floor on the lower level of the boat adjacent to the main boat. I applaud the effort of their DJ for playing the most popular radio songs. I highly recommend that location for jumping the week's load of stress off without having to worry about your outfit!
