by Matt K. on What a pleasant surprise. When I got to Nick's, I had this feeling that I had already been there before. Then I realized yes, I have been here before, very drunk. Nick's is in the back of Rouge, which looks like a dirty brothel. You know, when you see a club in the daylight and go...uuuggghhhh....that feeling. But bad decor aside, Nick's had some pretty damn tasty tacos. I got the fried fish taco "Nick's way" - with guac and crispy taco. It was delicious. I should have gotten 2 or 3 but the line was so long so I couldn't go back for more. Hot sauces on the tables were also very good, I am more of a fan of the red sauce (kind of smoky flavor) vs the green sauce. Nick's, I will be back.
by Aubrey T. on Oh lord, that was so back in the days for Sasha when I first moved near Los Angeles 5 or 6 years ago. I remember it's not cheap, and the inside is cheesy, under-kept and dirty. You get nothing except the DJs you go there for, seriously. Quite can't imagine on a normal night who else would bother with the annoying parking situation and drink costs at all. That's so very antiquated. If you actually enjoy lots of semi-naked sweaty single guys on drugs, then it's the place for you. For you, not for me.
