Two words...ASIAN INVASION...if you're into that... Has 3 different rooms of music. 1. Hip hop room downstairs (which is nicknamed "the catacombs" since it's dark as fuck, and you cant see what creepy guy just came up behind you). Can get really hot down there.. 2. House room/trance (downstairs): has places to sit down 3. More house music (upstairs): Has VIP tables, go go dancers, more room Some nights are better than others, just depends which promoter is throwing the party. Generally Thurs-Sat nights are a good way to go. If there's a long line, you probably won't make guestlist and have to pay somewhere between $10-$20 for cover depending on the night.

Mmmmmm, food coma... I think that by normally eating healthy and avoiding excessive carbs and butter and the like, those few times that I do indulge are just that much more vunderbar. This place just opened and they are letting their servers bring in some friends for practice runs. Well, I was more than happy to lend my tastebuds to the event. Everything is family style and brought out on very elegant plates before the whole table just attacks them. For appetizers we had: Fried zucchini (religious experience) Spinach salad (excellent, light dressing and BACON!) Tomatoes with this balsamic vinegar/honey dressing and a slab of mozarella so fresh I think I heard the cows out back and I'm rambling Stuffed mushrooms (very good, and I'm not a huge mushroom fan.) Entrees: Spaghetti and hand rolled meatballs (Um, yes please.) Roasted chicken (love the presentation, and oh yeah it was yummy.) Chicken picatta (Nom nom nom) Mushroom ravioli (Briefly made me see double it was so good.) Desserts: Creme brule (PERFECT amount of vanilla, not too much, not too little.) Apple crostada (You will read about me hacking their computers and stealing this recipe some day.) So uh, yeah. It looks like I sampled about half their menu and once I work off the 7,391 calories I consumed I'm all about going back and sampling the rest.

(in my best Valley Girl voice) OH...MAH...GAWD...BECKY! Disaster Christmas dinner! Doors opened at 6pm...completely understaffed...waited an hour for luke warm (while a bit tasty) appetizers...had to on multiple occasions walk up to the bar to get our own drinks, including water...was hounded to order our dinner, which, after 2 1/2 hours...NEVER came. We left (after paying our drinks bill) and went across the street to a *great* diner for a wonderful burger and fries. Completely disappointed. Really terrible staff attention to honesty about what was going on 1) understaffed, 2) telling us our food would not be coming, 3) (incorrectly) presenting us our check before we even had our dinner - UGH, the ultimate disappointment.
