Ah, The Varsity. Where people go for the nastalgia, not the food. Admittedly I like their chili dogs and grease-soaked fries. And the FOs! I think it's fun to get a seat next to the window near Spring St. so you can watch how many cars come in and out of this place. It's amazing that they serve so many people every day. When you go to The Varsity do everyone (including yourself) a favor and know what you want before you walk up to the counter because someone will be screaming "Whadya have! Whadya have!" and then you look like a deer in headlights and the rest of us are laughing at you. Yes. Really. If you go with a large group make sure you know who is ordering first, second, third, etc. and don't stand there staring at each other acting shocked that the person behind the counter said, "Next!" because we will laugh at you as we see sweat starting to form on your forehead. The Varsity truly is a great people-watching experience.

Came here after a penthouse party by the ballpark. It was a decent way to finish the night off. A bit hidden, but there was no cover, and the bouncers at the door were polite and civil. Music was good, and drinks average in price, though it was a bit empty for a Saturday night. The brick exterior and neon-lighted interior is slightly reminiscent of an old school NYC bar without the nearby hot dog carts or 24hour Thai restaurants. I liked how there was lots of seating, but dance floor was small for the space provided. There was a room adjacent to the main room we didn't venture into, but if it turns into a dance floor then half kudos to them. Overall this place is somewhere I'd come back to if I happen to be in area, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way to get to.

Not a fan of touch at all, been through plenty of clubs, and touch wasnt one id re-visit. For one there packed way tooooooo many people and majority are guys. Although the decor and set up is very nice, no doubt but dont get fooled with it, the atmosphere is not popping. Also the people working here are really unhelpful. There are plenty of other options out there.
