by Cora Diamant on Great service, good music, great atmosphere, tasty food, & all you can drink mimosas... all before 12pm. Does it get any better than that? I don't think so. Service: from the hostess, to our super cool server to the expo group, everyone was simply fantastic! All smiles, more than friendly and helpful. Biscuits were delicious! Loved their spicy french fries, eggs were fluffy (I got the plain Jane) and the potatoes were tasty. But enough about the food, because it's really the all you can drink mimosas and club like atmosphere that reels you in. All the girls got the pomegranate mimosas ($9 vs. $7) and they were delicious! We didn't have reservations and despite our attempt to make one the night before (I know, impossible!) we got there at 10 am Sunday and were able to be seated as long as majority of our party was there. You can get started on one of your all you can drink mimosas while you're waiting and then have to get the rest when seated. I've been waiting countless times to finally check this place out and I'm so glad I did! I think every city needs a Lime ;)
by Ardella Anderholm on Temple. Wow. Based on your solid reviews & my friends birthday party, I had high hopes for my Saturday Night experience. I even followed the fellow rateclubsers instructions- got on the guest list & got there early 10:20ish. Yet, you failed me- TERRIBLY. I wish I could give a review for inside of the club but alas, I cannot. Since I didn't get in for the as promised guestlist price & I'll tell you why. My four attractive girlfriends & I got in line like nice ladies around 10:20. Worried about the long lines, I specifically asked THREE different bouncers if we would get in for the promised guestlist price. They all said yes. A bouncer even came over & reassured us that they would mark the line at 11 and everyone in line from that point on would get in. Now, i'm not a huge diva- I'll wait in line if have to- there are fire marshalls & such. However, there was NO ONE INSIDE. Heads up bouncers: there are windows, people can see! You're just making the line look long so people want to come in, we know you game! Being that it was a friends birthday, we stayed & waited for over fourty minutes, only to be told that the guestlist was closed. The bouncer who "promised" me, looked me in the eye & said he never said the guestlist would stay open. WOW. 1 star for lying, lack of ethics & no moral code for 4 cute girls out in the cold. Shame on you, you shady establishment!
by Bill.H on I remember this hangout well - was there almost daily waayyy back when I was in my 20's and 30's. I'm now 50. Fun Entertainment! Hope it still has girls? Wish it had a website.
by Joon Y. on I'm also a bit surprised by all the bad reviews about Suede. I would say I'm a experienced party goer/ clubber and I've been to Suede more times than any other club in the city and I've always had a positive experience there. They say; "the company makes most of your journey." Perhaps, some folks need to go with a different party crowd. ^_-
