Being the reasonable person that I am. Here is a note: NOTE: This is a review of the customer service only, not the food or drinks. After dining, a friend and I split our checks. We received the customer copy and merchant copy receipts and it was the correct amount. A couple of days later, I went online to check my expenses and I was double-charged! I had my receipt in my hand, but what was actually charged on my card was double the amount. I called the restaurant many times and no one picked up and the mailbox was fulled, so I couldn't leave a message. So I went to the restaurant in person and was told nobody can help me there. I did not come all the way to hear nobody is able to help me. After being persistent, the waitress there finally directed me to a phone number saying that this person (Andrew) works at the restaurant and he can help me. So I called the number given to me and introduced myself as a customer and tried to explain the situation. Well, before I can even finish explaining the situation, the guy Andrew on the phone started yelling at me non-stop and saying don't call me don't call me. The least he can do is say this is a bad time, please call me later or I will call you back at another time. Instead, after me repeatedly saying I am a customer and I am in need of assistance, he started yelling and snapping at me over the phone. So whoever this Andrew person is, I say the restaurant need to hire someone new because that is absolutely NOT the way to treat a customer. Just because of one person, I am not going back to the restaurant ever again and will let others know about my experience. In the end, the waitress was courteous and mature and resolve my situation. Again, this is just a review on just one person (Andrew) that ruin the customer service at this location. It is not a review on the food, drinks, or other people that work here and provide good service.

Taco Tuesdays are crazy! The register is at one end, the line is at least a full 20-30 minute wait from the OTHER end of the place. The whole place is packed and there are not enough seats for everyone. But what to do but to line up when Taco Tuesdays are dine-in only. For $2, you can get one of these: 1.) Taco: carne asada, pollo, vegetarian. Nick's way (guacamole: add $0.95). 2.) Cheese quesadilla 3.) Chips, salsa, and guacamole Margaritas: $3 We were able to pay and walk out with our chips and salsa with guacamole. Chips are warm, thick, bubbly (?), crunchy, nicely salted and fresh! They give lots of guacamole. With the salsa, oh-so-good. When the tacos finally came, we found a couple of seats at the bar so we scarfed them down in front of flat screens showing ESPN. It's not really $2 since you pretty much HAVE to get it Nick's Way (it shouldn't be in any other way) so for $2.95, you can get a small taco stuffed with carne asada and guacamole. We can't deny it; the tacos are really good but we're just not sure if it was worth the wait. On any other day, the taco would've been $3.25 + $0.95 Nick's way. Taco Tuesdays: great for young, professional singles. Great carne asada tacos and chips. Be ready to stand in line for a long, long time!

When this place first opened up it was pretty darn nice. Nowadays, all I can say is, "HELLA GHETTO." Given it's in the Tenderloin but the establishment itself has taken a nose dive, and so has the folks that go there. Last time we Party Bused up from San Jose to Suite181. We were all having a good time and my gal pal who was COMPLETELY sober had her ass grabbed by some dude and she grabbed his hand and slapped him in the face. That was her fault for hitting the guy but at the same time security wouldn't even listen to her side of the story and just let the guy stay. It's kind of like a he said/she said situation since the security guard didn't even see what happened but how come she was automatically guilty yet the guy that grabbed her butt walked? Lame.
