A picky-with-pizza New Yorker here so opted not to try it although it looked VERY good. Good ambience with nice outdoor seating. Served warm rolls with olive oil, then had the italian tuna salad, which was pretty good. The chicken salad next to me looked phenonmenal but being Good Friday could not order that. Would if a next time as it came with huge amounts of chicken. The pappardelle with porcini mushrooms in a creamy sauce was very filling and good. Not incredibly great Italian food but a-ok, and worth a visit instead of the more pricey R.house square restaurants.

I came here because my friend told us that one of his friends was having some fashion show. We first went up to the main entrance and saw all the people standing and didn't know if we had to give our fake names that were on the guest list to get in. We ended up going to the back entrance. That must be the thing in hollywood, to go throught he back door! We went to the back door and the fake names worked. We were in. We got inside and immediately took the elevator to the roof. We got to the roof and it looked promising. There were some art exhibits going on and some people looking at them. We headed over to the bar and got some drinks. The rooftop was setup for a fashion show with the cat walk setup in the middle with lots of patio furniture surrounding the whole the roof. The dj was playing good music and people started coming up to the roof. Too bad we had to leave early because we had to head back down to San Diego. It was a cool spot to chill though. Drinks were expensive.

I'm a large fan of fondue. Dante's has a unique dinning environment. Their fondue options we're smaller than I expected. They had healthy menu choices. When I left I didn't feel like I was going to explode or pass out for a week. Which, is a good thing (depending on who you ask). It's something worth trying. It'll be your thing or it wont. I have yet to try the chocolate fondue dessert you have to call in advance for. That looks to die for!
