"Methinks not" is the definite answer to whenever someone asks me to go to Opera. Pretentious and super expensive would be the most generous description. I'm an avid concert goer, but even the acts and artists that have shows at Operas I don't see. Hopefully they will get the message eventually, but they are definitely more focused on money than customer satisfaction.

Definitely went here the wrong night on Saturday night. After hours club bootie was pretty much dead so we decided to attend this venue. I've been to this joint years ago (IE. - 5 years ago) when it was diverse, "kinda trendy", and when there were ALOT of WOMEN - IE. REAL WOMEN! Place being packed like an actual club! So it goes like this..... I shouldn't have to say stuff in my conversation to a friend like, "yeah, man. We went to the Endup and i danced with a REAL girl in that house room". - Shit like that man. Girls/Women should always be real! I shouldn't have to guess and hella stare at them prior to me asking them to dance at a club man!! Then again, what do you expect. It's San Francisco....years later....possible new ownership or whatever...and it was like 4 or 5 in the morning, after a drunk night out with a car fool of buddies and girls from the bar. I'm just glad we didn't go on fag Fridays lol Overall, the music was good. Lots of great house and other shit they were playing. Downside, the group of sweaty silver back dudes with shirts off dancing like they were on one. =/ I think we were better off staying local and getting slaughtered at someones crib. Anyways, check it out if you want. I'll give it 2 out of 5 stars after many years away from that scene.

I don't go to ktv often, heck the last time I went was almost 10 years ago so I cannot compare Feel to other ktv places. Parking on the street is very limited. You can always take a chance and park at BCD on Wilshire and walk a block and a half to Feel or you can valet your car for $2. I showed up with a party of 6 on a Friday night so it was a little busy. We had to wait about half an hour but it was fine since the host kept telling us when a room will be ready. He gave us a complimentary snack tray for the wait, or maybe everybody gets it no matter what. Anyways, we ordered the top shelf bottle which came with a fruit tray and 4 cans of coke as mixers. Oh yeah, the bottle also covered 1.5 hours of the room rate for free. I agree with the other rateclubsers about the English songs sorted by title, not artist. It can be a pain to find a song sometimes. The English songs are in the orange page section BUT if you flip to the very back of the book, there are 10 pages with a small Pop section with the latest songs. The rooms are nicely decorated with an awesome sound system. The medium size room has 2 LCDs so if you want to stand up and sing to your friends sitting on the couch, you can look at the LCD behind them and put on a show. I peeked inside the large room next to the waiting area after they closed and that room is freaken HUGE! It is like a small lounge in there with room to seat 50+ people and at least 5-6 LCD TVs.
