It was a fun experience as I watched the ladies dance around the bar. My friend did a boobies shot from the host, which was friggin hilarious! Aside from the raunchy entertainment, I had been forewarned I would be left starving so I pre-ate. It felt pricey for the little I had and the cocktail that had little to no alcohol. We were planning to hit the pink party, but since we paid so much for dinner it seemed appropriate to head to the club downstairs. As we were finding our way towards the club, two of the girls were molesting my boyfriend without my realization. They were touching his abs, squeezing his bicep and his butt. I was standing next to him with no awareness whatsoever. Hahaha. Our group had scattered in all sorts of direction and I was trying to figure out where I could get my coat check. Apparently, half the group walked out the door and had to wait in line to get back in the club. I'm not sure how that happened, but the rest of us waited for them inside the club as we amused ourselves with all the wild bachelorettes parties. It was good fun, but pricey!

As a big time hiphop fan I've been looking forward to going to this place ever since I heard about it. Finally got out there last weekend, on a Saturday night. Yes it was packed. First thought when I walked in was "wow, this place is small".. but on a 25 second walk to the bathroom, I almost danced with about 6 different people. This place is a jammed party.. which I love haha.. If you want to go somewhere and dance your ass off to some good music, this is the spot to go. If you want to go somewhere and just hang around on a wall... go elsewhere. I was there for 2 hours and danced for 90% of the time. Every time I wanted to take a break, something like "Trick Daddy - Shut Up" would come on and I couldn't help myself. Awesome place.. this is my first review and I don't want to be too easy so I'm going 4 stars..

I went to see the Delfeayo Marsalis at the Blue Note. Simply put, it was one of the best musical experience of my life. The host was nice enough for me to have a bar transfer, and the waitress even watched my stuff when I was chatting with Delfeayo in the resting area. The performance was paying tribute to Elvin Jones. It's nice to see a rare Delfeayo performance nice, especially when it was accompany by Jason Marsalis, VIctor Atkins, Mark Shim, Mark Gross & Ivan Taylor. I will definitely go see another Delfeayo performance and return to the Blue Note when I go to the Big Apple next time.
