Awesome happy hour on Fridays (free oysters/bbq), interesting people, love the outdoor patio with its picnic/park type seating. They have a variety of things going on all the time. A must try for anyone in the city on a Friday night!
by Anne M. on When I first moved to the city I came here before a show at the Independent. It was good then and it is great now. I came in last night and waited at the bar for my company to join me. The bartender poured a perfect drink and was very enjoyable company. I was having so much fun up at the bar with the bartender and everyone we decided to eat right there. The food was great! So delicious, reasonably priced and I left full and happy. I can't wait to get back. I just wish they were open Sundays! Oh and the jukebox is authentic and nostalgic. Love it!
by Lucas Greb on This place might be potentially good as a happy hour spot, but as a "night club" with DJs it is woefully inadequate. It is too small and narrow to accommodate more than 20 people without getting hot and cramped to the point of near suffocation. Maybe they charge a cover here to help on crowd control.
