Went here for Halloween and had a great time. Lots of people keep mentioning the amount of coolazns that are here, but I didn't notice it. I kept waiting for the lady twirling off of a sheet on the ceiling to fall.

I would like to argue with everyone on here who has bashed Infusion Lounge. Infusion Lounge is one of my favorite spots in the city. Not only is the decor absolutely beautiful but the ambiance speaks for itself. Out of all the bars/clubs I have been to in San Francisco this place is probably one of the best. Most of the bars/clubs in San Francisco are hole-in-the whole places...ghetto, smelly and the bathrooms are always disgusting. Infusion Lounge can be compared to a small version of the Las Vegas nightclub Tao. Yes, the bathrooms are co-ed but that just adds to the ambiance. it's not like anyone can see you in your stall. The stall doors are literally 20ft. steel doors. Two thumbs up for the modern-edge decor and the attendant who walks you to your bathroom stall. Two thumbs up as well for the music. There are two rooms for music, one for hip-hop and one for dance music. Yes, it can get a little crowded on the dance floor but this is the same situation for any popular nightclub/bar. $10 for guest list and $20 cover... definitely not bad for an upscale club. My only gripe about this place is that there is no where to sit unless you order bottle service. My advice...order bottle service! The cocktail waitresses are so friendly even if you're a group of girls. Two thumbs up! =)

Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER will I order ANYTHING from a company that uses UPS again. I don't care what the product is, I don't care how much I need it. If I needed the antidote to a rare poison and the only way to get it was by using UPS overnight, I wouldn't even bother ordering it. Why? Because I would die anyway as the antidote would not arrive for a week and my heirs wouldn't be able to get a refund on the shipping fees. I ordered my girlfriends Christmas present and paid for overnight delivery so I could make sure to get it by Christmas. I ordered it over the weekend and now on Christmas Eve I still don't have her present. I am in California and the present is in Kentucky. KENTUCKY!!!! Seriously?!?!?!? They said it might be at the Hub tonight and that I can go pick it up, IF it gets there, but they have no idea if it will be there. No offense, but I paid through the nose so that I would not be running around on Christmas Eve. They can't even be bothered to apologize for screwing up so incredibly badly. Later on Christmas Eve: Then I called to see if it had arrived at the Hub and they said that it had, but I could not go pick it up until after they had made an attempt to deliver it, so despite that fact that her Christmas present was 4 miles away, I could not get to it. When I told the supervisor that the previous customer service representative had told me I could go to the Hub and pick it up the supervisor told me that could not happen. When I asked why I was told I could go pick it up she said there was no way anyone would have told me that. I asked if she was calling me a liar (I was a wee bit upset) and she said "yes, I guess I am." Way to calm me down. I asked how I was then supposed to get the present. We were spending Christmas at my sister's house and she lives about 60 miles from me and I was having the present delivered there. Additionally, I don't have a car. My girlfriend does, but I don't, so I am not at my sister's house often. She said that the package had to be signed for, which I know was true since I always opt for a required signature. My sister lives in a great area (ever watch The Real Housewives of Orange County? She lives there), however, I live in Long Beach and don't trust that a morning paper would last on my porch. I was told that after the first delivery attempt I could have the delivery address changed to either my house or my office. A Couple of Days Later: So I told my sister to decline the delivery so I could get it redirected. Well, my sister called me on Friday to say that she had the package. Apparently, the delivery driver dropped it on the porch, rang the doorbell, and ran. When I called to complain and have them pickup the package from my sister's house and deliver it to me, they said they can't because it was signed for. I asked who signed for it and they gave me some name that doesn't match anyone I know. UPS is ridiculous. This is the second time in a few months that I have had to deal with them. The last time was when the engagement ring I had made on the East Coast was being delivered. I took the day off work to stay home and sign for it. I was sitting at the desk, which is less than 3 feet from the front door, with the door wide open. I was clicking the update tracking information button compulsively because that's just how I roll and all of a sudden it said delivery attempted, reschedule to tomorrow. I tried to chase him down the street, but let's face it, my crippled ass doesn't move very fast. It took 3 hours on the phone to get another delivery arranged and the driver was giving me attitude. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I use UPS again.
