by Malarie K. on There is ALWAYS something to see at Greenhouse. It's a unique place to party. One time I was there they had a guy wandering around playing random notes on his saxophone. One time there was a rapper wearing a kilt. I've also seen waitresses bring out bottles with sparklers on them, which is cool. Only one complaint - the line for the women's bathroom. It is probably the slowest longest line at any bar I have been to in the city.
by Debbie W. on Its far from authentic, but the food isn't bad, and i like the atmosphere as a 'bar' that serves sort of mexican food, rather than thinking of it as a mexican restaurant or bar. I like the high ceilings, open air front windows, and the food doesnt suck. This area isn't exactly known for great or authentic restaurants, so it isn't always easy to find somewhere to go without taking a long walk. But if you want authentic, or even really good, just wander over a few avenues to Ninth Ave where you'll find what you're looking for.
by Winston Sterpka on This place is over-hyped. Pretty small place with couple of bars. One in the front by the entrance and one in the back by one of two smoking patios they have at the club. Crowd was mix of so-sos, suits, and some eyecandy. Nothing spectacular here. Parking is $15-$20 by the club. Geez...
