by Michael Paul C. on Medjool is one of the few places in the Mission that charges cover. It was $10 on a Friday night. Sure, that can be a bit much to the average pub crawler, but this place has an amazing roof terrace. Which in itself is an attraction. If you don't get there early enough, however, the seating with the best views will be already spoken for. The first floor, where all the music is, can get very crowded, especially near the bar area. Music selection included hip-hop, house, and some fine classics. Overall, the venue is spacious, filled with good-looking people, and spans several levels with many lookouts.
by Reena H. on My expectations were high for this place, and I want to to give it four stars for the ambiance, but had to give it three for the food. I absolutely love the decor of this place, so trendy! It has a great lounge area with comfy couches and pillows. The ambiance of this place makes this restaurant. For the food, well I cannot say the same. We started off with the tuna tartare- which was very good, and I was expecting our entrees to be the same. I had the bronzino and my fiance had the seared tuna. Both dishes were ok, but nothing to rave about. The taste of both dishes just did not satisfy my taste buds, and I really wanted to like it. Overall, although the food was average, we really enjoyed the atmosphere. I think the food is overpriced. I would come here again for drinks and appetizers, but not for dinner.
by Aron Caplan on First time at K-club for best friend's birthday. I didn't know what to expect and didn't expect much, but in the end we all had a really good time! We didn't have to wait in line b/c our friend had made reservations for a big room. No cover. Lots of drinking + dancing + karaoking + nice seats to just sit and hang out. Music 4/5 - they played some of the songs 3x Alcohol 3/5 - had bottles in the room, but they were watered down.. blessing in diguise i guess. Didn't try mixed drinks tho. Venue Appearance - 4/5 Dance floor - 4/5
