by Matt P. on I came here at around 2 in the afternoon, some of the regulars were plastered already and jawing at each other. Hilarious to watch. It's like Cheers but with friendly crazy people. A true dive bar. If I want to drink in the morning or afternoon this is a good spot.
by mark s. on bad stuff first: went on a saturday night (not sure how it is other nights)... the guy running the door, which i believe was the owner or manager as he claimed he was, was a dick. Very discriminating in who he lets in. I'm from LA and i've been to all the various clubs in LA and vegas, and i've never experienced a guy who was blatantly hypocritical on who they let in. Basically, he tells me and my friend that we could not go in because we didnt have girls with us DESPITE us saying we had about 5 girls inside for a bday waiting for us to get in. the hypocritical part was that as we were waiting to see if he'd budge, he let in 5 other dudes simultaneously! f- that... so eventually he let us in but he still went against principle and his word. Good stuff: the decor, the people, and the music was pretty entertaining. peace.

Thier cocktails are stiff AND they're cocktail mix is hardcore-f*cking- delish-carb-overload-in-a-fully-replenished-as-soo n-as-it's-empty-plastic-dixie-cup-goodness! They remodeled; it's uber-cute and very fun! DO IT! Have fun, GET DRUNK!
