Both of my trips to Club Waziema have been totally flawless. The bar has a great vibe and the staff have always been nice enough. The Food: I love Ethiopian food and could eat it every day. this is not the best ever, but a $9 all you can eat vegan/vegetarian plate can not be beat. The portion is huge too, we didn't get extra since we were already so stuffed. The red lentils, Collards, and mushrooms were all fantastic. The injera is warm and fresh too. Often the front is loud and crowded, they have a whole back area that they serve food in too if you let them know you are there. The Bar: The menu states that there is a happy hour until 8pm. They don't give you the happy hour prices unless you ask, we asked. The drinks were average priced and they had a good selection of craft beers. They have a pool table in the back. The bathrooms smell more like a bar than a restaurant though. On my first trip, we didn't realize it was cash only so we only had enough cash for a lousy tip. I now know better though. I totally recommend this place to all my friends for the food. I will be back.

Polar f'ing opposite of Slims. I went to GAMH to see Buckethead, both the venue and Buckethead blew me away. I arrived after doors opened, got in within a minute. Stood toward the back and still had a great view. I have nothing negative to say. This venue kicks ass.

No fellas reviewed this dig yet? rly? Been here twice so far and loved it both times. I think I speak for all my friends when I say that this place gets more fun when you know how to dance. If you were ever here on a Friday night and saw a bunch of little Asian dudes and chicas ambling awkwardly around the rail between the dance floor and the doors, that was us. Still, everyone started their Two-Step somewhere. =\] Kinda wish they would cut out the hip hop, but that's just me. I saw some age 40-something Texan couples getting out there and doing some REALLY awkward tooshy slapping, beer bottles in tow, and...grinding? Was that really grinding, yall? At your age? COMAWN guys!* No. Please no! Just no. Live music is a plus! *I am totally punishing my kids and everyone else by doing this when I get old and comfortable and married.
