by doreen d. on Ate here for first time last night. I have to say the food was great. We had the following: Heirloom Tomato Salad Fatted calf plate Rib-eye - YUM Risotto Roasted Broccoli Rabe - Yum All of it was good with my favorite dishes being the Rib-eye and the Broccoli. Music was fantastic last night and the service is always wonderful.
by Deja Fontenelle on Pros: No cover. 2 floors. Clubby downstairs. Loungy upstairs. I like the two different spaces because you can switch from one to the other without going anywhere else. This is a great default place to hang out. Cons: Downstairs gets super hot. You basically can only stay down there for about 5 minutes before you start sweating like crazy and need to get out. They need better ventilation for sure. The crowd on Saturday night was a bit too aggressive for my taste. No means no. Get a hint please.
by Pearline Isaak on Pros: Pretty good DJs, some of the gogo dancers can actually dance, open till 4 AM, drinks are pretty strong Cons: $20 dollar cover, long wait in line, kinda small Went here for my friend's birthday the other day. Personally, I'm kinda over the whole club thing, but this place was actually pretty cool. The DJ was playing a lot of mashups. I was also surprised to see some of the gogo dancers could actually dance. I mean some of them still couldn't dance on beat, but I just assume that none of them can dance. The drinks were strong and there's actually spots at the bar. The crappy parts about this place is the $20 dollar cover and the wait in line. Unless you 1) get bottle service or 2) have slutty dressed girl friends in line with you, you're gonna have to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour. Pretty crappy. Overall, spot isn't too bad if you're looking to mix up the club rotation in Hollywood.
