It was a nice place to have a birthday party . Beautiful people, wonderful service, good music and dancing, but Me no likeeeee to pay $20 dollar cover charge. This is why I give 3 stars instead of 4. I wouldn't go every weekend, but for the experience, it was worth it. One of the highlights that everyone loves is the free tacos. Orale'! But they could offer free tacos with $10 dollar cover! And I was expecting fountain fondue flowing with chocolate rain and it was just a bowl of semi liquidly chocolate stuff that they used a spoon to try and cover strawberry with. Smack! take that Blvd3!!!

Nick's Crispy Tacos are a-ok in my book. Tacos are delicious and crispy. Love the baja fried chicken taco. Yummy! Ambiance is unexpected and *klassy*. Tacos are a bit steep (especially if you get them *Nick's way*) however they were delicious enough to let that slide. Not close to BART though, which sucks. I will be back!

I really like this place on Saturdays but go with friends. It can be cliquey, but if you can ignore the attitude and just enjoy the DJs and music, it IS a party just for YOU! I usually go to funky Burning Man-esque events. Comparitively, Circus seems SO conservative! No one dresses for a rave / electronica-get-down! My first few visits were cautious because I had worn some rave wear. I was stared at, oogled, pawed within the first hour. Unfortunately, first my experiences weren't great. I had to hang out with the Security Guards to avoid the sketched out people that were trying to get in my space. The venue is great with usually 3 to 4 Rooms with multiple DJs. I like the darker, stickier techno beat in the Clown Room. Well drinks are around $7 / water is $5.
